Austin Wines, Geelong VIC
Melbourne's lobster roll lovers found a new haven at Geelong's Austin's Winery on weekends, starting November 2, 2023, when Pinchy’s launched a three-month residency. The venture, led by Jeremy and Samara and the Pinchy’s team transformed the Bourke Street restaurant's menu into a fun, ‘Summer-by-the-beach’ express menu featuring signature dishes like lobster rolls, tacos and truffle fries, catered to groups with a special Chef Selection Menu.
Ocean Beach Pavilion, Sorrento VIC
In summer ’23-24, Pinchy’s delighted Sorrento, Melbourne, with a pop up residency at Ocean Beach Pavilion. They offered a high-quality express menu and restaurant dining experience, inspired by surf-to-sea by the bay seafood, captivating locals and visitors alike with their gourmet twist on seaside dining in an enchanting beachfront setting.
